Google Wave robot for JIRA works with private JIRAs

Our Robot for JIRA now works with all the JIRAs: public and secured.

  • Create a new wave with the robot-for-jira@appspot.com robot
  • Write some text and include in it a jira key that exists in a public JIRA
  • If asked, provide URL to your JIRA
  • If asked, provide your username and password

    Our issue keys are longer than WT-2 but the robot only pics up the first part… why is that?

    Doesn’t seem to be working for me for some reason. Keeps coming up with the username & password screen even though they were entered correctly. (Checked twice.)

    Does the bot work with port numbers in the URL currently?

    How does the security work here? If I give name/password and URL for private JIRA where is that info stored and how is it managed.
